Working with more than 100 managers with Gallup StrengthsFinder, the strength-based training is oriented from acknowledging strength profiles (individual and team) to effective communication and contributions among the team. Individuals will experience high empowerment and learn to become engaging managers after training.

Neuroscience-Based on Decision-Making Training
This is an 8-week training program for improving our human mind to achieve mindful decision-making. An executive or team who wants to increase their strategic awareness in decision-making. The program was founded by Prof Juan Humberto and highly endorsed by Prof Karl Friction (world-famous neuroscientist). I am privileged to become the first certified trainer after taking the course at Singapore Management University.

Emotional Regulation
An essential skill for today’s executives. Each emotion contains its own story, impulse, and purpose. This training is a logical approach to acknowledging and navigating emotions in the workplace. Over 200 emotions will to be discovered through interactive training and exercise. Suitable for teams or individuals who want to take ownership of their emotions.

Topics such as Thomas Kilmann’s conflict style, motivation model, understanding of structural conflicts, personal values & perception assessments with tools to resolve conflict and enhance communication will be covered through interactive workshops. Suitable for middle management and/or executives who want to be equipped with essential skills in conflict resolution with assessments and tools.
